Fixes vector-nolock.c so it works on non-x86 as long as C11 stdatomic.h is supported. Tested on mac and x86_64 linux
5e6faf3fe12359ae778b043bfe9d45364dbd78cc introduced a gnuplot-lua-tikz dependency. IIUC that file is usually generated by gnuplot, but the Makefile doesn't use gnuplot to generate the figure and the sty file wasn't checked in.
