We have a similar issue with these errors. The workaround which works for us is to change `androidTestImplementation` to `debugImplementation`.
`debugImplementation androidx.test:core:1.4.0` works for us, what it is exactly wrong I don't have idea but this works
I'm not sure but someone like @s-hadinger can approve or provide some advice on how to merge it.

I figured out that if I set `day` mode for HWC so the circulation pum turn on as well and that's cover my case good enough.

interestingly, FTP is accessible from the file manager in settings, but as soon as I want to get to FTP from movies section in the main menu, kodi gets stuck
Did you try back to switch to an older version of FW? You can also try to use port 3333` without enhanced protocol support. BTW, what is your wifi signal...
