Droplet snapshot action should return image id

We could also return it as a link. Similar, but reversed, on how a droplet create returns the droplet but links to the create action.

@r-medina `r6i.2xlarge` is showing up for me. Looks like the current implementation is not finding the hpc instances - will take a look at that.
