I don't see this particular failure in the latest CI [tests](https://fusion2.corp.google.com/invocations?q=cloud-devrel%2Fclient-libraries%2Fpython%2Fgoogleapis%2Fpython-bigquery-pandas%2Fcontinuous%2Fcontinuous), but it may be masked by https://github.com/googleapis/python-bigquery-pandas/issues/545.

The latest CI results ([sponge](https://fusion2.corp.google.com/invocations?q=cloud-devrel%2Fclient-libraries%2Fpython%2Fgoogleapis%2Fpython-bigquery-pandas%2Fcontinuous%2Fcontinuous)) indicate that the BQ table used in [test_read_gbq](https://github.com/googleapis/python-bigquery-pandas/blob/8c5cf3b07b7c13943ff4be76dcd3a707d72c6f50/tests/system/test_read_gbq_with_bqstorage.py#L53) is gone from the public dataset.
