[Feature Request] Game name per key

I'm hoping this will be a feature as well. ASF seemed to be able to get the name of the activated game, not sure how it achieves it tho.

Added test case for tooltip overflow. I used the [screeninfo](https://pypi.org/project/screeninfo/) package to get monitor information as it supports multiple platforms. AFAIK there's no reliable way to obtain monitor information natively...
