Greater than 1024 rows of some variable types causes an encoding error

Edited to remove `tidyverse`/`tibble`, appears to be the same with base `data.frame`.

function src_sql uses deprecate_stop but tries to pass in always=TRUE

As far as I can tell this is still an issue with the current version. (We were lagging on updates and just got caught up, and now have this bug.)...

More hover label style customizations

Possibly related, allow control over hover text alignment independent of hover placement position left/right/center, as mentioned here https://github.com/plotly/plotly.js/issues/260 and here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/50003531/r-plotly-hover-label-text-alignment
