Fyi, the [latest nightly build](https://github.com/cyberbotics/webots/releases) runs on a Windows 10 runner during CI using mesa3D 24.2.1 with MESA_GL_VERSION_OVERRIDE=3.3 and LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=true.
