Got anonymous access working. Updated readme explaining that you need to omit the normal *_USER_* variables to setup the anonymous user

Cloning large repo never finishes

## Description Clone appears part of the way, but the UI never finishes. It says it is "Cloning repository..." over night. This is only happening on a large repo (1.4GB)...
