@pmiossec done 🙂 I also added the next relevant changeset ID to the warning, updated the wording and did some other minor changes.

@wschleifer are you possibly running the console on a virtual device, possibly Windows Server or over Remote Desktop? Some servers I work with tend to create everything under admin context...
