请问关闭加密和压缩后日志文件首行的乱码如何去掉？

如图： https://lance-img.nos-eastchina1.126.net/xlog5.png 业务需要明文存储日志，现在pub_key传空不加密，LogBuffer传false关闭压缩，记录的日志不解密打开首行总是存在乱码，如何才能去掉呢？
