@brendanbowden - I noticed you have namespace commented out in your steps to reproduce. Namespace is now a required field in 2.0 as referenced in [ipam-namespaces-3337](https://docs.nautobot.com/projects/core/en/stable/release-notes/version-2.0/#ipam-namespaces-3337).
