With dimensions 2,3,4 as that is what itk.Image is wrapped for (don't see any ULL in vector images).

Add version numbering to preprocessing

Dummy version parameters have been added to the APIs. Need to see what naming scheme the community desires. I'm leaning toward a string key and maintaining some repository of example...

How open-source friendly are APIs, SDKs of the suported/tested devices? and what other features the supported devices offer (image quality, frame streaming, regulatory approvals, AI-based US, etc)?
