Status shows Inactive for SSL Certificates that are in use on Redirection Hosts

Anyone know if this is just visually not display correctly. Are Lets Encrypt certificates automatically renewing still? Seeing it in: v2.12.6. Only on redirect hosts

Looks like this is a dup of #4455 and is fixed by pull request #4770
