Thanks at everyone for looking at this! The reason why it doesn't compile anymore without code changes was speculated by me already: GCC 12 now also raises the `-Wuninitialized` flag...
In general I would suggest adapting the keyboard shortcuts of google calendar, as it would also make migrating from there much easier. Not all of them are really that important...
