[base.py] Insert more Namespaces.

Insert more Namespaces to avoid the error UnknownNamespace ("Use of unknown namespace: ..."). Also add some standard attributes to avoid the error UnexpectedAttribute ("Unexpected ... attribute on ... element").

Support Proxy via config.py.
