Add automation for deployment when pushing to master

At the moment, the automated script is broken, I will create a new one to make sure the website is deployed when a new commit is pushed to `master` branch.

RxCocoa seems to be only partially explained, add a dedicated section with documentation.

It doesn't make sense to re-create the framework documentation, a link to the one in CP is a nicer solution.
