Can't install via ftp

Trying to install via ftp (host is Hostinger). Says third party plug-ins are needed. Where do I get them and where do they go?

Using rawQuery for CREATE TABLE

Doesn't seem to work. It says error, but when using getLastErrno() it prints nothing
