The location actually has no problem. The DLL has. I tried someone's [DLL](https://github.com/NonWonderDog/.vim/blob/640379bf6cfd8130fbc57574b00016a6324d25b7/gvimfullscreen.dll) and it works.

@kkoenig I prefer the current full screen mode which hides the task bar. But I wish `:WToggleClean` behaves just like `:WToggleFullscreen` except that the task bar is visible.

@kkoenig No, I don't mean the menu bar. And I didn't notice `:WToggleClean` does not modify window size as I always keep the gVim window maximized.

Cursor color defaults

The cursor foreground color is now the foreground color of the text under cursor, which makes the text under cursor indistinguishable. It's really a bug I consider.
