feature request: do not include trailing blank space when pressing ctrl+shift+left/right

hi! in slimgui (linux version) holding ctrl+shift while pressing either right or left to highlight a word includes the trailing blank space (when it's there). in other ide's like rstudio...

feature request: change "h friends_and_followers" to something shorter

its a lot to type and consequently slowed the rate at which i learned commands for this lovely tool. my suggestion is to change it to "h u" where "u"...
