Fix docker compose local yaml

compose-local.yaml contains incorrect depends_on: references

The compose-local.yaml file references depends_on: inventory. It should be inventory-service. (or vice versa).

compose-local.yaml references depends_on: inventory, should be inventory-service

I found a bug in the compose-local.yaml file for this project. The project will not deploy and start until this error is corrected.
