Enabling clustering makes moving around the map really choppy, as in the framerate stutters. My app has been using clustering for many years, and this issue seems to be happening...
Must still have some way of detecting users, so probably keep multicast for that purpose.

To create shortcuts, set icons, properties and so on. And with optional start at boot activated.
Show user and message in the balloon. Perhaps add setting to choose privacy level. Different for private messages? Also open KouChat on click on balloon.
