Add an option to limit the longer side of an image in the lossy conversion options.

Because the accesslog can make the (error, startup, acme) output of traefik disappear quickly, move the output to stderr and leave the stdout almost to the accesslog.

Add ssh2_auth_pubkey(resource $session, string $username, string $pubkey, string $privkey, string $passphrase = ?): resource where $pubkey and $privkey contains the keys as strings and not filenames.

Allow `AddOutputFilterByType DEFLATE text/*`
