Nested bullet points do not render correctly

In the current cowyo version, the following Markdown does not render correctly; it instead displays linearly, i.e. there aren't any indentations for the bullet points. ``` ## Table of Contents...

Instead of using data folder, files are uploaded to /root/pathToData

My `.upload` files are stored in `/root/data` by default, instead of alongside page `.json` files.
