Concise terms have no restrictions on local part; create and use separate cache pattern when creating concise terms.

When passing graphy factory as `dataFactory` option value to other libs, `$_PREFIX_CACHE` symbol will be different and bypass cache.

The latest tarball on npm shows version 0.0.5 in package.json however the main export reports `'0.0.4'` and is using the deprecated `mime.lookup`, clearly out of sync with the GH repo.
