The problem is with all the videos, I try different days, and different ranges and the result is always the same. The "unkown" seems like some casting or conversion error....

Maybe controlling this error and displaying a custom message would be great.
Basically we get that error when this file is not found on the server when trying to download it. It must be some kind of security imposed by Ring so...
Although it is curious that some of your files are allowed, I don't know what the pattern would be.
