I have the same bug, UTF-8 characters are not imported and displayed correctly in the importer.

I have the same issue [huggingface/api-inference-community#194](https://github.com/huggingface/api-inference-community/issues/194#issuecomment-1553509095). Do you know when this streaming feature is expected to work?
