Can you rebase this please? Was Python 3.11 semi-functional? I assume this is closer than these previous attempts: https://github.com/google/clusterfuzz/tree/python3.11 and https://github.com/google/clusterfuzz/pull/3229
Is there a timeline for this going in and a new release coming out? I'm running into the same issue and it's annoying to patch because of the `is_git_dirty` checks...
