We're using the default PhysicalFileSystem as well. @Ramya-Devendiran did you try storing the media in blob storage and did it solve the problem?

Umbraco 14 - "The specified 'redirect_uri' is not valid for this client application." error when trying to login after a certain time period

This is still an issue in Umbraco 15.2.1. Does anyone know if there is a solution in sight?
