Package Request: Pandoc

Indeed, pandoc would be a great way for me to make pdfs from Markdown in Termux.

AttributeError: 'CountVectorizer' object has no attribute 'get_feature_names'

Would it be possible to make this work with a newer version of scikit-learn? Edit: I edited `get_feature_names()` to `get_feature_names_out()` for noun passing to Concept to work with newer versions...
