ICVL dataset website not working

I want to use Hybrid Spectral Denoising Transformer for my project, so I am trying to train hsir, but I cant find ICVL64_31_100.db anywhere. The ICVL link provided to download the dataset is broken. Am I proceding correctly? If not, then what should I do to resolve the error. If someone has the dataset, please share. I am kind of tight on time. I have attached images of the error and website. Thank you!
