I could add your settings as a whole - in the same way a thorigs. I would need your system specific retroarch.cfg as well as the overlays/cfg themselves.

@Brandoskey I really need to set out a roadmap of how best to develop the tool, it needs to be standalone, not conflict with RetroPie configs and ideally pull down...

Yes, for the retroarch-core-options it only really updates one setting related to nestopia (due to a colour issue I think) , but its probably best off left alone given that...
