While Realm team is sorting this out, I created a repo based on @philprime idea : https://github.com/bioche/RealmBinaries It stores xcframeworks in the release note for XCode 12.5.1 & XCode 13.0....

FYI I'm not using Azure but Bitrise as my CI and I'm witnessing the same kind of issue. Even building on my own macBook (M1 Pro), release mode gets stuck...
