FWIW I was experiencing this today on a site where the siteUrl was set as a relative url to handle any protocol. The plugin was erroring with with `Craft\Sitemap_AlternateUrlModel->href failed...
I ran these commands and both updated 7 lines, probably the same ones. All the previously erroring pages now load. Looks like I had some rogue old orders on there...
