Cannot apply bindings multiple times

when updating to knockout3 in the ko3-bs3 branch I get an error about applying bindings multiple times to the same node.

use the twitter typeahead since I believe bootstrap deprecated theirs.

Once built there should be a way to publish the new package via grunt will need to be based on admin privileges.
