I just updated russian translation to 1.39. But I could not find 'InputHotkeysMore' key in '_en_US baseline.txt'. [ru_RU.ini.zip](https://github.com/RamonUnch/AltDrag/files/6108238/ru_RU.ini.zip)

I try to add hotkeys to lang file, and ampersands does not disappear in menu. I try with some other langs - the same. Do I something wrong?
