Weather Code returns Null values for some datapoints

Right now, for the following api call: `https://api.open-meteo.com/v1/forecast?latitude=36.57849&longitude=-118.29194&daily=weather_code&hourly=weather_code&models=gfs_seamless` there are `null` values for the weather_code variable, both daily and hourly. Hi. I have noticed that for precipitation amounts of < 0.1 mm per hour, the weather codes return rain instead of snow, even with very cold temperatures (-8C). Is this...
