Can you try running `rpm -qf /usr/lib/python3.11/site-packages/pip/_vendor/resolvelib/resolvers/__init__.py`? This file doesn't seem to exist in `python3-pip-24.3.1` as far as I can tell (it's not present on my system in general either)....

As best as I can tell, this file was never packaged in any version of `python3-pip` provided by Photon. The upstream change happened in https://github.com/pypa/pip/commit/1838962e799ba4c10731f7bb9e215e20b27b1018, which went in to v25.1....
