What is the web page or port to access configuration?

This project looks amazing. But I cannot start using yet. I installed on RPi 3. After the reboot, the taskbar on the desktop GUI is gone. I only see Wastebasket...

I installed and run the example as instructed on your Read me file; it gives "Segmentation fault" for any simple QR code png file. What do you suggest?
