Feature Request: Ability to specify default tags at provider level

+1 too.

google_project does not detect drift when billing_account is removed manually

I also confirm the case : if you remove the billing account (or you place a project in the 'pending deletion' state, then restore it), Terraform will never reconcille state.

AzureOpenAi is unable to process chat.completions when the API version is set to preview.

We are also interested in using the V1 API Version as it is now GA on Azure OpenAI services.
