I think I have the same issue. After a few days, my Uno with ENC28J60 becomes unresponsive but the sketch still runs. Arduino UNO R3 with some generic ENC28J60 board....
Version of libgdiplus installed on system? Are you using official Mono PPA?
Had the same issue when using 6.x.x from official Mono PPA Reverted to 4.x.x from Ubuntu universe repo (on 18.04 mind you) and problem went away. Also increased render speed...

Never, ever run PapyrusCs on live world db files. Generate an offline copy and run PapyrusCs on it. [Vellum](https://github.com/clarkx86/vellum) is the perfect tool to automate this process.
I find indoor lighting to be indeed too yellow. I wish the dev would point where I could modify it on my own to reduce that yellow tint.

Having an ethernet link isn't absolutely required for using this project. ESP8266 and ESP32 for example do not require it if they're using Wi-Fi.
