If using the web version there's a config option for that below the input/output boxes. There isn't a way currently for the npm package though, created #30 for that

It's a little more complicated to handle these cases, but yes would be nice to have.
Good to hear you were able to find a solution, I will keep this issue open and hopefully implement it as a feature when I have time
