@davidlehn An example for, given a json-ld file, how would one open it? Use it? Get dependencies? Complete mystery.
My current workaround: if, after decimating, I call `explode_scalars` to simply read/rewrite the file, it works (edit: workaround using `read_vtk`/`write_vtk` is also good):  I'm not sure if the file...

Just did a quick check, and about 10% of the duplicates are from collections that have a DOI.
@chrisfilo I submitted a PR there; if accepted, you'd just have to insert a line to pass `title` to `cortex.make_static`.
