For the sake of reponsiveness, apply breakpoints in fragment classes

For development and system separation, I could be good to move all mixins to Caffeine.

Current background gradient method only add prefixed values. There is no fallback and W3C standart definition addition. Use string-replace methods for defining the accepted background-gradient definition and add other fallback...

Current status, Folder path for _fonts_, _images_ are static and cannot change. Also there is no default values for some others.

Should codes in the solutions as short as possible?

I thought after @gartz's [pull request](https://github.com/bcinarli/frontend-horror/pull/5) when we providing a solution for the bad practice or the ill code, the "How it should be?" part contains the most shorter code...
