Module compiled with Swift 5.3.2 cannot be imported by the Swift 5.4.2 compiler

> same for Xcode 12 Xcode 13 and Xcode Beta ! Does someone have a solution for this issue ? Need to rebuild Carthage for Xcode swift version.
