that is a fallback if `$XDG_CONFIG_HOME` is not set `export XDG_CONFIG_HOME="$HOME/.config"` needs to be set depending on your distro (keep in mind that I only sorted this out myself yesterday)
I see that https://github.com/PrivacyDingus/ublacklist/commit/911eb2cac9dc58104d3238bed977c1c187fb7655 can add support for Mojeek. That would be GREAT!
