dredge --version prints always 1.0.0

It seems dredge prints version always 1.0.0: `$ dredge --version 1.0.0+fd4336336632f66aff675006913bbc8ca0be4c99` It should print the actual version, like 4.3.1 currently. Thanks in advance György
