[REQ] Lombok support for models

Lombok does take away all those bugs for hashCode, toString and equals away, by just adding @Data to all pojo's. Greatly simplyfies the generation of models

Feature: Added Structured Output on Azure Open AI

Not sure why DCO did't like the PR, but I am actively using Structured Output in one of my projects and would like to have this merged soon.
