iirc by default there's no local IP display tho I would not consider it being necessary, but it can be enabled maybe.

seems like jinx doesnt recognise `build-all` flag (anymore i suppose?), i tried removing the "-all' and it seemed to go through the process. though idk booting the iso in vbox...
