NullPointerException if kafka producer has partitions that have no leader

For my case `done.result()` throws NullPointerException when I call rxPartitions for a non-existing topic with `auto.create.topics.enable=false` I think it should be caught and Future.failedFuture(ex.getCause()) should be called with the error.
