They upgraded the library "terser" at the version 5.15.0 see in this commit https://github.com/webpack-contrib/terser-webpack-plugin/commit/580f59c5d223a31c4a9c658a6f9bb1e59b3defa6 They found some vulnerabilities in the previous versions....
